We teach practical day-to-day techniques. Each individual receives an accredited Insights Discovery personality profile. All programmes include coaching support to make sure the training sticks.

How much will it cost to train my people?
Our management programmes start from £5,000 for 3 days of training delivered to a group of 8 people. However, we find the best approach is not off the shelf, and so we would tailor any training to suit your business needs and budget.
Our sales training starts at £500 per individual for a 4-month programme with 1 workshop each month at an external venue. If desired we can also build a bespoke programme to deliver to your whole team on your premises.
I can’t release too many people at the same time. How can I plan training when everyone is critical to the business?
The best results always come when a business releases people for the whole day. This means each person can properly focus and get their head into the training. However, we appreciate the operational requirements and we tailor all our programmes to suit your needs and availability.
Our sales training runs several cohorts per year, and clients have found it useful to release a small number of people at a time over two or three different cohorts.
Can training be tailored to suit my business? Can you make it specific to us?
100%. This is our preferred way of working. We start by understanding your specific challenges and then bespoke any training to suit your needs.
How do I get approval for this? How do I show people how important and urgent this training is?
20% of your people are managers. They are highly influential and directly influence the performance of the remaining 80%. Invest in the 20% and watch the results come from the 80%.
