A Strategic Reset for the Senior Leadership Team
The journey began with a four-day senior leadership programme focused on uniting around purpose, values, and direction.
Using Insights Discovery, the team built a common language to understand individual communication styles, strengths and working preferences.
This was not just a development experience – it was a defining moment that strengthened relationships, trust, and collective focus.

The programme brought new awareness and momentum, empowering the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to operate with greater unity and purpose. With refreshed energy and a shared vision, the SLT emerged as a confident, high-performing team, ready to lead the next phase of growth.
Developing Confident, Capable Managers
With the SLT realigned and energised, the focus turned to supporting managers across the organisation – many of whom had progressed into leadership roles as the business scaled.
Through the Grow Together programme, we worked with over 30 senior and middle managers to strengthen core leadership capabilities – from effective one-to-ones and communication to feedback and accountability.
Managers developed the confidence and tools to:
- Understand and embrace their individual leadership style
- Communicate clearly and constructively
- Empower their teams to take ownership and thrive

To bring this shared understanding to life across the whole business, Insights Discovery was rolled out to every colleague in the business. A company-wide event introduced the tools in a fun, inclusive, and engaging way, helping everyone understand themselves and others better.
This shared language has enhanced collaboration, empathy, and communication across departments – creating a stronger sense of connection and community.
To sustain the approach, Jenny trained as an in-house Insights Practitioner, supported by Culturev8te at every step, ensuring long-term impact and continued growth from within.
