Session 1 – Understanding Yourself
Deep dive into your Insights Discovery profile, identify your core goals and leadership priorities.
Sessions 2–4 – Leadership Coaching in Action
Focused on real-world leadership challenges: accountability, confidence, clarity, decision-making, and people dynamics.
