What is Insight Discovery Profiling?

Insight Discovery Profiling is a practical tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, using a simple four-colour model to help individuals understand themselves and others.

 

By exploring personality preferences and behavioural tendencies, teams develop emotional intelligence, improve how they work together, and build a shared language to navigate challenges and unlock performance.

 It’s rooted in Jungian psychology and uses a four-colour model to identify behavioural preferences and communication styles.

We’ll need space to lay down a 12.5-foot diameter mat, with chairs in a semi-circle and the ability to present on screen & flip chart.

Participants complete a 15–20-minute online evaluation in advance of the workshop to generate their individual profiles.

We regularly adapt the format for larger groups – up to 100+. We can advise on breakout groupings and delivery models during your discovery call.
